The Role

The firm's Real Estate Litigation team is a market leader and known as one of the best practices in the UK, ranked highly across the legal directories. As a team, the practice advises on high-profile commercial property disputes and has particular expertise in the Telecoms Code.

The practice is looking for a 2 to 4 Years PQE Real Estate Disputes lawyer to handle a full range of commercial property disputes. Desirable experience includes dealing with development disputes, nuisance, property contract disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, property related professional negligence claims and contested lease renewals.

The Candidate

• Property Litigation Associate from a reputable firm
• Excellent academic background
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisation skills
• Experience working on high value cases
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
