Our Estate Management Team deliver block management services for apartment blocks and freehold estates nationwide.

Ensuring that our customers live in safe environments and can enjoy their homes, we take responsibility for all aspects of service to the common areas of the development we manage.

We are now looking for a Property Manager to join our Estate Management Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of developments in Southampton and South West.

With your time split between working from home, in the office and across allocated sites, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of buildings.

You’ll set initial yearly budgets, agree year-end accounts and manage all major works including coordinating contractors.

With an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service, you will manage all resident and client enquiries, provide excellent client stewardship and attend resident meetings.

Additionally, you will conduct regular site inspections and ensure that all properties comply with health and safety regulations.

What we’re looking for…

An experienced professional.

We’re seeking an individual with experience in a similar property management role and the ability to form excellent professional relationships.

Someone with an eye for detail.

Property is a fast-paced sector, so we need a person who can work quickly and accurately on our IT systems, with excellent spelling and grammar.

An engaging communicator.

We’re looking for someone who can build excellent rapport with both our residents and our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service.

Ideally, you will have an IRPM qualification.
