If you've got AST Property Management nailed, especially property inspections, and you're looking to increase your responsibilities and role satisfaction, then this Property Manager role in North West London gives you the opportunity to proactively work on refurbishments and renovations with you Landlords.

All you need to be is proactive, empathetic, high-energy and attention to detail, customer service driven and adaptable.

What to expect

  • Handling and managing a property portfolio
  • Day-to-day maintenance and repairs for properties
  • Being the support between Landlords and Tenants – offering help, advice, and troubleshooting where needed
  • Carrying out property inspections showing Landlords how their property looks, and any maintenance/refurbs they need to do
  • Managing a smooth vacating process for Tenants

Package

  • £35,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience
  • Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm or 8am - 5pm
  • Ongoing training both in-house and externally from industry leading profiles
  • Regular 1-1’s on professional and personal growth
  • WFH 1 day a week
  • Generous Holiday

  • Pool car (clean UK driver's license)
