In this job, as property Manager you will be maintaining the relationships between third party suppliers, tenants, and all internal business support.

So, we want sparky people with previous lettings or property management experience to join us in our modern, sleek offices in the centre of Manchester.

Working 5 out of a 6 day rota per week.

The duties undertaken as our Property Manager in Manchester are as follows: * Manage all new enquiries, viewings and the lettings processes.

* Manage the resident contracting process.

* Provide a fantastic move-in experience for all residents.

* Handle incoming queries and provide excellent on-going support and aftercare to our residents * Manage applicant checks, including referencing, ensuring that applicants are correctly screened and commercial risk managed * Undertake inspections of properties.

* Ensure all portals are kept up to date * Work with team to deliver exceptional customer service * Attend resident events What we are looking for: * Previous letting/property management experience * ARLA property qualification desirable.
