Build to Rent Property Manager- Milton Keynes- £35,000pa DOEOne Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Property Manager/ host to join their prestigious new Build to Rent scheme in Milton Keynes. This scheme comprises of 300 plus high-end luxury apartments.You will be responsible for delivering first class exceptional customer delivery with a team of 5.The salary is paying up to £35,000pa basic plus a discretionary bonus dependent on your experience and the working hours are 5 days over 7 with flexibility required to work weekends.Your key responsibilities will consist of:• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and being the first point of contact for any visitors.• Organising and executing resident events, to create a strong sense of community.• Respond to all rental enquiries and schedule as well as conduct apartment viewings.• Be the first point of contact for all residents and report maintenance issues.• Organise minor works between tenancies, to ensure that the apartments maintain their first-class appearance.• Complete all check-in and check-out reports.• Carry-out inspections of all apartments and flag any issues to maintenance.• Work closely with the Resident Experience Manager to ensure that H&S statutory requirements meet across the development.• Ensure that you consistently provide resident communication through the social media page.This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to work for one of the market leading companies within the sector.
