Key Responsibilities Negotiate and procure high quality accommodationCollaborate with partners to develop new initiatives for increasing accommodation supplyCreate and assess advertising materials for private sector initiativesGuide landlords to support servicesDeliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders and handle inquiries promptlyMaintain effective communication with stakeholdersEnsure accommodation meets safety and quality standardsConduct operational meetings with suppliersVet accommodation suppliers for suitabilityKeep accommodation files updated for auditsEnsure timely completion of documentation for paymentsMonitor budget expenditure and report on procurement progressAssist in contract management and review processesManage landlord inquiries and complaintsMaintain detailed property records and provide reportsMeet performance targets for property procurementEstablish and maintain a central landlords databaseAssist clients in property viewings when necessaryEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsUphold core values and environmental policiesUndertake additional duties as requiredKey Requirements Excellent communicatorPrevious experience in a similar roleTarget drivenHistory of discharging dutyStrong IT skillsWorking hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

This role is on a temporary basis from May 2024 – May 2025.
