Property Sales ExecutiveMilton Keynes based. Range of £18k - £20k basic. 5-10% commission, based upon experience. OTE of between 35k - 45k. Monday - Saturday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with days off being Thursday and Sunday. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join this award-winning family-owned agency based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will need to have their own car and clean licence.Your Responsibilities: * Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales journey.* Conducting property valuations and advising clients on pricing strategies.* Viewings and Negotiations:* Arranging property viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful sales transactions.* Collaborating with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.* Staying informed about local property trends and market conditions.You will need * Previous experience in estate agency or sales negotiation is desirable.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.* Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales * Conducting property valuations and advising clients on pricing strategies.* Arranging property viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful sales transactions.Profile Resourcing is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
