Position: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the pupils' educational journey by providing tailored support and guidance.

Your empathetic approach will contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities: Work closely with classroom teachers to provide one-on-one and small group support.

Utilise your knowledge of psychology and behaviour management techniques to deescalate challenging situations.

Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to promote social and emotional development.

Engage Pupils in a variety of educational and extracurricular activities.

Requirements: A degree in Psychology or a related field.

Experience working with children and young people.

Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic educational environment.
