They work on a variety of projects like High Rise Apartments, Student Accommodation, Office Fit Outs and Industrial Units. Their high-quality specialty service has resulted in them having a full workbook with both new and existing clients. As a result of this they have entered an exciting period of growth and expansion as company which has created this great opportunity on offer. In this role you will play an important role within the company with a number of responsibilities from finding and identifying new tender opportunities. You'll also be estimating the cost of different aspects of the project from materials, labour and equipment. Also, you'll be responsible for overseeing the projects to ensure they remain in budget and are making a profit. As well as liaising with clients where you will be presenting bids, and further liaising with on and off-site teams to ensure projects are running smoothly. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you'll be measuring and evaluating work on site to submit payment applications.Therefore, the ideal candidate will have experience with refurbishment projects or have worked for a Main Contractor and is looking for a new opportunity.
