Quantity Surveyor - Lancashire - Main Contractor Skilled Careers are excited to be partnered with a Main Contractor on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team based in the Lancashire region. This company is one of the UK's fastest-growing construction companies, boasting a multi million pound turnover.Our client is renowned for the high level of work they deliver and have a strong presence within the industry.We're seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join an team. You'll receive ongoing support and guidance as you undertake various responsibilitiesAbout you:Wealth of experience of relevant contracts - JCT/NEC/PPC. Degree in Quantity Surveying or appropriate alternative. 5 years of experience in the industry working in a quantity surveying role. Successful procurement experience Re-measurement of high-risk packages and key trades. Knowledge of Financial/cost control leading or assisting in a relevant project.
