Salary: £70,000 + package

Future Build are currently collaborating with a well known super prime main contractor based in South West London that looking to expand out of London and set up a country division.

They have recently secured 5 new projects across multiple counties including Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. These include prime refurbishment and luxury new builds ranging from £1m up to £10m projects.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate costs for luxury property refurbishment, using industry-standard methods and software for precision.
• Budget Management: Collaborate to establish and manage the £10m budget, monitoring costs and identifying savings opportunities.
• Procurement and Contracts: Assist in sourcing, bidding, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance and cost control.
• Value Engineering: Optimize project value while minimizing costs through material, method, and design evaluations.
• Cost Control: Implement measures to track expenses, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks related to cost overruns and scope changes.
• Progress Reporting: Generate regular reports on cost performance and cash flow projections for stakeholders.
• Change Management: Evaluate proposed changes and manage them effectively to address cost implications.
• Contract Administration: Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance and resolving disputes promptly.
• Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry standards for cost management compliance.
• Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate effectively to align on cost decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance cost management processes and contribute to best practices development.
