Job Title: Quantity SurveyorLocation: LondonPackage: £50,000 - £57,000 plus car allowance Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who was voted one of the companies in the UK to work for.Due to an incredible amount of work winning they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with Reactive Maintenance to join the team.Responsibilities Ensure the commercial function within the business unit effectively supports the operational teams in the implementation of H&S policies. Regularly review, provide guidance and challenge on strategic project and business unit objectives. Ensure the delivery of high-quality commercial reports to the client on time. Issue of tender enquiries and package reconciliation. Regular review of group CR policies and ensure project teams are updated. Agree external valuations/ cash flow to maximise project value.Requirements Experience within the Reactive Maintenance Sector. Has the ambition and drive to progress.
