A multi-disciplinary consultancy, with a close knit Quantity Surveying team, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their unique and diverse team in Surrey.The Quantity Surveyor's RoleThe successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Head of Quantity Surveying in leading multiple, high-end residential projects (valuing up to £10M) from inception to completion including advising on procurement strategy and contractual claims.Project wise, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working on an array of high-end residential projects, including new build developments and comprehensive refurbishments.The Quantity Surveyor Completed a Quantity Surveying degreeMRICS, or a minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experiencePre and post contract experienceComfortable taking ownership of projectsPQS / Cost Management work experienceDriving licenceIn Return?£45,000 - £50,000Generous bonus schemeFlexible working (2 days in the office)25 days annual leave + bank holidaysProfessional APC supportMRICS fees / costsPension schemePhone and LaptopFast paced career progressionIf you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Daniel Foster at Brandon James.Ref: #18512(phone number removed)Project Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager / Quantity Surveying / Project Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant
