• Preparation of monthly Cost Value Reports and precise take-offs, utilizing manual methods or cutting-edge Bluebeam software.
• Proficiency in managing change control processes and valuing Compensation Events, ensuring project stability.
• End-to-end management of project costs, from inception to fruition, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Procurement of subcontracting works and conducting thorough cost analyses to support decision-making.
• Vigilant monitoring of actual costs against budgetary allocations, with proactive identification and resolution of discrepancies.
• Expertise in NEC 3 Option B Contract and adept usage of CEMAR for streamlined operations.
• Conducting thorough contract reviews and risk assessments, safeguarding project interests.
• Providing valuable assistance on claim matters and contributing actively to resolution processes.
