TPF Recruitment is assisting a highly successful R&D tax boutiqueand chartered accountancy practice with multiple locations, includingSevenoaks, Kent. Specialising in R&D and Innovation Tax incentives, as wellas offering general practice accountancy services to a diverse range of growingtechnology and entrepreneurial businesses across the UK, our client is at theforefront of their field.
Currently, they seek an R&D Advisor to join their dynamic team in arole offering extensive client interaction and the opportunity to overseeclient portfolios from start to finish. Supported by a seasoned team of R&Dand tax experts, you'll play a crucial role in delivering claim reports toHMRC, showcasing why clients' technological projects qualify for R&D taxrelief.
In this position, your primary responsibility will involve collaboratingwith clients' technologists, such as software developers and technicalarchitects, across various industry sectors, including TMT, Financial Services,Retail and E-commerce, Aerospace and Defence, Construction, and Manufacturing.
Furthermore, you'll be encouraged to pursue professional qualificationssuch as ATT/CTA, ACA, ACCA etc. with comprehensive support and access tomentoring opportunities provided. This role is ideal for individuals who areconfident, communicative, dedicated to continuous learning, and possess aproactive 'can-do' attitude. Strong teamwork and organizational skills areessential, as you'll be managing workloads and meeting deadlines effectively.
