As you will be supporting pupils within Early Years, experience in EYFS is essential. CACHE Level 3 qualification is highly desirable but not essential. As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you must use your knowledge and understand of the Early Years Foundation Stage to implement play-based learning activities daily.
