Barrington James is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant for our EU Perm and Contract Divisions to grow a number of already well-established, warm desks within the Life Science industry.

This role would be situated in our brand-new, ultra-modern offices in Crawley town center.

Role responsibilities:

• Sourcing niche and high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level contract requirements across a vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Consistently developing business development into niche companies
