We are looking for recruitment consultants and senior experienced consultants.

Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.

* Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, specifications, and key competencies for various roles.

* Attend client meeting with decision makers and have direct access to invaluable information that can only be obtained onsite.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening: * Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract top-tier professionals.

* Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations, to ensure a high-quality talent pool.

Recruitment Process Management: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate onboarding.

* Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Market Research: * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks.

* Provide insights to clients and candidates regarding the competitive landscape and talent market.

Business Development: * Actively seek opportunities for business development and expansion within the sector.

* Identify and pursue new client partnerships to increase market share.

Key Requirements: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and candidates.

* Experience within a sales environment (retail, telesales, or fast paced working environment) coupled with a confident and professional telephone manner.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

* Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

* Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and technologies.

* Experience as a Recruitment Consultant would be ideal, with a focus on Commercial or Industrial sectors.

* Due to the requirement to attend meetings with clients, a driving licence and a car is essential for this role.
