Recruitment Consultant Job Overview:In response to our business growth, we are seeking proactive Recruitment Consultants to join our team, primarily focused on overseeing the recruitment process for clients within the Insurance sector.

Responsibilities include sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates within our clients' organisations.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:Manage the complete candidate recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experienceCollaborate with the Senior team to understand staffing needs and prioritiesProactively identify and engage potential candidates for current and future hiring needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidatesConduct through candidate assessments and interviewsProvide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment processBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for critical rolesStay informed about Industry trends and changes , to tailor recruitment strategies accordinglyCollaborate with Hiring Managers and the internal team as your role evolves to ensure alignment on recruitment goalsProvide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and placementsRecruitment Consultant Qualifications and Skills required:Proven experience in Internal Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Agency or directly from the Insurance IndustryUnderstanding of the Insurance Industry and related roles would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be givenExcellent relationship management skillsEffective communication and collaboration abilitiesResults-orientatedStrong attention to detailGood time management skills and the ability to multi taskSalary: We offer an attractive salary package with a highly competitive guaranteed salary and flexible working arrangements.
