Education Recruitment Consultant Location: Leeds, LS1 4PRSalary: £26,000 - £38,000 + Uncapped commission, no thresholdThis is a full-time, permanent role. You’ll be working Monday – Friday, fully office based. You will therefore require eligibility to work in the UK.Working hours:Term time: Monday: 7:30-17:30, Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30-17:00, Friday: 7:30-16:30School holidays: Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pm approx.Key skills required:Previous sales experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused roleDrive, determination & motivationStrong communication skills & the ability to build rapportConfident and resilient personalityAbility to nurture relationshipsExceptional organisational skillsWorking to targets and deadlines within a fast paced environmentAre you a motivated and resilient individual with a passion for recruitment? If so, TeacherActive are looking for someone like you.The role of a Recruitment Consultant:Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunitiesWorking with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacanciesAttending client meetings/school visitsShortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering themFilling vacancies within an agreed time scaleBuilding a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients’ needsMaintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationshipsPlease note that this role will heavily involve sales, which includes working towards revenue targets.
