The opportunity:

We are looking for an ambitious Recruiter to join our entrepreneurial team based in London (hybrid)

What you will be doing:

• This is a hands-on 360-degree recruitment role. You will spend time selling and delivering retained and contingency recruitment solutions to consultancy clients across the UK and internationally.
• You may get the opportunity to spend periods working in-house or 'embedded' supporting the delivery of multiple hires end-to-end within a consultancy, supporting a diverse set of business stakeholders (however this is not something we insist on)
• You will be hands-on supporting every element of the process from sourcing leads to delivering great hires
• Peer with other recruiters across Alvarium Talent, and our client's organisations

Skills, Experience and Mindset required:

• A minimum of 1 years' recruitment agency experience.
• Ideally, you will have recruited across consultancy, professional services, technology or financial services
• Demonstrable experience building relationships with new and existing clients
• Confident in supporting the delivery of multiple concurrent roles with some experience taking a brief, sourcing, screening CVs, and managing candidate experience and journey. You will be confident facilitating candidate selection, advising and informing stakeholders throughout the process
• You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and an understanding of the value of developing long-term relationships and you'll enjoy the challenge of working with varied clients and projects
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build trust, motivate and inspire others
