We have an immediate need for a Legal Recruitment Consultant based in our Redhill Office (on a hybrid basis) to build out our private practice and in-house business. Previous legal recruitment experience or experience within a law firm would be preferable, but we will also consider applicants with a proven fee-earning record in other professional services fields.

You will join a team of high performing recruitment specialists who place talented people into contract and permanent roles within hyper growth areas of industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients and candidates within your field of specialism.
Placing candidates in Permanent, Contract and interim roles within the specialist pillar of Business Support.
Generating new business with prospect clients.
Leveraging existing relationships to uncover and win business.
Initiating cross-selling opportunities to support the broader needs of customers.

About you:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have experience of:

Consolidated experience as a 360 recruiter with a demonstrable background in securing new business and building a recruitment desk.
We will also consider applicants who have worked within a law practice or who have a proven fee-earning record in other professional services fields.
A track record of consistently delivering set GP targets or working to objectives.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Role modelling for junior members of the team
