Recruitment Consultant in Wakefield

The Staffing Network require a experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Wakefield Operation.For over 15 years The Staffing Network has supplied staff within the Driving and Industrial Sectors, due to growth we are looking for Recruitment Consultants with at least a minimum of 12 months experience in either the Driving or Industrial sector.Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have the following skills and mindset:Be comfortable working in a sales environment; you will be the main point of contact between candidates and clients.You will need to screen, interview and independently select candidates within the driving and industrial market.Confident on the telephone to speak with both new and existing contacts.Responsible for sales, business development and customer service with a demonstrable results-driven mentality.Manage key accounts including rotational on-call requirement.Conduct thorough research on clients, engaging in proactive outreach, developing extensive knowledge of the local market, and taking on other key activities to help effectively bring on new businessWhat we offer:£25,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped commission (Depending on experience)Company Fuel Cards25 days holiday (33 days including bank holidays)Birthday off every year.2 Wellbeing Days per year.Pension SchemeHigh Street retailer discountsThe Staffing Network is a member of the REC and has GLAA accreditation.If this opportunity is of interest, APPLY NOW
