What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:

  • You will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment for agreed roles and departments including writing job descriptions, posting and managing adverts and telephone screenings.
  • As our Recruitment Officer you will also support with recruitment open days and campaigns, including tasks such as social media updates and proactive recruitment searches.
  • You will also play a key role with our early careers programme, supporting our Recruitment Manager with our graduate and placement programmes, and school partnership programmes.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or Recruitment, handing a high volume of requests within a fast paced environment would be advantageous
