Role

Nigel James Associates have been appointed by a fast-growing regional wealth manager with fantastic private backing and their eyes firmly placed at being one of the leading players within the industry. With their continued growth they are seeking an experienced business manager and Financial Planner to join them to lead their Yorkshire office.

Requirements

You would be an experienced Financial Planning manager who has the gravitas to manage/lead Financial Planners as well as oversee the wider office, through a period of transition. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to roll out strategic goals and targets for the region. You will drive new business opportunities alongside managing an existing client portfolio of your own. You will delegate and manage tasks effectively to achieve the overall results for the office contributing to the wider company objectives. As part of the leadership cohort, you will be integral in helping identify growth opportunities and integrating new acquisitions into the business within time.

This is a hybrid role working from the office 3 days per week. Our client is quite flexible on where you can be based as they are looking to expand out the region to cover the North more broadly. There is a £six figure basic salary on offer plus desireable bonuses on performance and corporate benefits.
