The Role

Employment Solicitor - Remote Role - Salary up to £100,000 + Benefits & Bonus

This is a superb opportunity to join a leading Legal 500 law firm, offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals.

The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including contentious, non-contentious and employment related corporate support matters. However, the workload is as varied as the client base, ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations in variety of sectors.

The successful candidate will be expected to work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support.

The Candidate

• Have 3-7 years PQE and holding a valid England & Wales practicing certificate
• A strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, case law, and best practices
• Excellent negotiation and legal drafting skills
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing clear and practical legal advice
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively
