Resident Experience Manager in London

Stephen James Consulting are recruiting a Resident Experience Manager to join a developing elderly care provider, this pivotal role will be focusing on their flagship home based in South West London.This key role will be working with potential residents and their families the Resident Experience Manager will assist them in their journey, as they transition into their new home, delivering a successful move in experience!Key Responsibilities: * You will be responsible for generating and converting sales leads to meet occupancy and revenue targets. * Set and meet agreed targets for specific Homes for leads, appointments, follow-ups, and sales. * Working with the Care Homes to maintain up-to-date records of all enquiries and track prospective customers from initial enquiry to final decision and support them through this process, building trust and positive relationships with prospective customers. * Monitor progress for specific Homes by producing a weekly enquiries tracker and a monthly report. * Handle and respond to sales enquiries at specific Homes promptly and professionally to maximise conversion rates. * Manage post-sales support and customer service to ensure an excellent experience for all enquirers. * Conduct family visits at specific Homes in a professional manner to enhance the experience of visitors, present a positive impression, and to maximise conversion rates. * Support the Home Manager and staff in the selling process, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and well trained.To be considered for this role of Resident Experience Manager you will need the following experience: * Extensive consultative sales experience. * Substantial experience of customer relationship building. * Experience of effective partnership working. * Full knowledge and understanding of the referral and assessment process. * Ability to present, both formally and informally, within a professional manner. * Strong organisational skills. * Ability to drive and access to own car.Our client has been providing outstanding care to older people for over three decades, with having an excellent reputation built around exceptional nursing, dementia and residential care for their residents.
