Revit Technician in Colchester

A busy multi-disciplined design agency based near Colchester are looking to recruit a Revit Technician to join their team. Working from a client brief you will work on your own or within a small team on both large and small projects. If you have extensive Revit experience, and your own transport then this would be the ideal fit. Benefits Hours 8.30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday with ½ hour lunch. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days with service.Company pension schemeTeam building events Training and development with the prospect of progression long termFree parking Duties Working within a team of Revit Technicians on Large and Small projectsUtilise Revit software to produce existing and proposed 3D models Producing survey drawings, detailed design and construction drawings to a high standard within tight deadlines.Supporting the rest of the architectural and design teamsSolve technical problems and advise the team on technical issues Skills & Experience Extensive experience in job running, technical detailing and construction detailing in Revit are essential.Advanced software knowledge of Revit experienced in 3D modelling and draftingAble to create Revit families.Experience of working on Large BIM Level 2 projects would be desirable.Experience in modelling from PointCloudsPersonable with good communication skills and a high level of spoken and written EnglishAble to work on initiative with a consultative approachAbility to manage multiple projects at one time.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred Candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible to apply for this vacancy.Call Julia @ prime appointments if you would like to discuss this role further
