RGN - Operations Manager in South East

Stephen James Consulting are exclusively representing an established elderly care provider, in their search for an Operations Manager (RGN). This pivotal role will be accountable for a portfolio of 5/6 Care Homes across London and the Home Counties * You will form part of senior leadership team (SMT) whose focus is to provide the best quality care across the organisation to cement their reputation as one the leading regional providers in the country. * The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the delivery of commercial and quality objectives across the portfolio Care Homes. * You will lead the development on your team, developing succession plans within the region to facilitate their growth objectives over the medium term.Criteria for the Operations Manager opportunity: * You will hold a clinical qualification (RGN) essential significant experience in leading multiple healthcare teams, with multi-site management experience and a leadership qualification. * In depth knowledge of CQC requirements and managing the inspection process * Experience in managing organisational change effectively leading to service improvement * Able to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen, within a fast-paced care environmentThis opportunity will be appropriate for candidates with experience of the elderly care sector - as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Operations Manager.This is an excellent time to join an expanding, well backed care provider.
