RTA Team Leader - Manchester - Up to £55,000 salary

The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join a leading Top 100 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Road Traffic Accident department, it is now seeking to appoint an RTA Litigation Lawyer to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will be a Grade A/B Solicitor and have a proven track record of handling a litigated caseload at all stages, mainly fast track matters, however there will be some exposure to multi-track work from high-quality non-CMC sources.

The Candidate

• RTA Litigation Lawyer with experience dealing with complex RTA Claims.
• Managing a team of 4 professionals, reviewing caseload, 1-2-1 performance reviews
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
