Sales Negotiator in Islington

Sales Negotiator - Stoke NewingtonSalary – up to £20,000 Basic, OTE £30k - £40k5 days per week including Saturday – Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10-4pmNo car required.

Our client is a vibrant, forward-thinking, independent estate agency that has been successfully serving clients in Islington, Stoke Newington, Clapton, and the surrounding areas since 1987.

You will already have around 2-5 year’s experience in a busy office and be looking to develop your already fantastic negotiation skills.

Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator that has experience in selling residential property and that has a true understanding of the property market.

You must have drive and enthusiasm and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients is a key part of the Sales Negotiators role.

Other duties to include: * Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents * Maintaining applicant database * Negotiating offers * Co-ordinating sales to completion * Conduct effective accompanied viewings.

You must be well spoken, have experience in property sales and have immaculate presentation.

You must be able to communicate at all levels.

It is important that you are a self starter and can generate business without constant management.
