Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned self-driven Scrum Master who is passionate about driving change and building high-performing teams.

This role is more than just managing processes; it's about leading a cultural shift towards autonomous, innovative teams that directly contribute to measurable business impacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Practices: You’ll be the driver of engaging and productive Scrum ceremonies, ensuring that these forums translate strategic visions into actionable tasks with clear, measurable business impacts.
• Empower and Mentor: In collaboration with our Director of Engineering, you will guide and grow teams to function autonomously, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Remove Impediments: Act as a proactive problem-solver, clearing the path for the team’s success by identifying and addressing obstacles that impede progress.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the crucial link between technical teams and broader company stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication at all stages of product development.
• Drive Team Performance: Beyond facilitating, you will monitor and enhance team dynamics and productivity, ensuring that team efforts align with the strategic goals of the company.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading agile teams in a software development environment, with a strong track record of delivering results.
• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with the ability to adapt and implement these practices to drive business value.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of resolving conflicts and fostering an environment of clear and effective communication.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working with complex data sets and environments.
• Certifications: Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) is highly preferred.
