Ingenii Search are currently partnering with a dynamic and innovative healthcare technology company part of a larger enterprise and backed by private equity (PE), are committed to revolutionising the healthcare industry through cutting-edge technology solutions.

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join their technology team.

The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in driving the agile development process, facilitating communication, removing obstacles, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.



Key Responsibilities:nLead and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.

nCoach and mentor cross-functional teams to adopt agile principles and practices, promoting self-organisation and continuous improvement.

nCollaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to prioritise and deliver valuable features and enhancements.

nIdentify and address issues and conflicts within the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

nMonitor and report on key agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and team performance to drive continuous improvement.

nWork closely with other scrum masters, project managers, and leaders across the organisation to ensure alignment and synergy in delivering business objectives.



Qualifications:nExperience working with in a technology organisationnCertified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.

nProven experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach in technology-driven environments, preferably within the healthcare industry.

nStrong understanding of agile methodologies, principles, and practices, with the ability to apply them in a pragmatic manner.

nExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

nDemonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and empowered team culture.

nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

nExperience working with enterprise-level systems and projects is a plus.
