At Protocol Education we are currently looking for resilient and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to work full time at a well-established SEND schools.

About the role:Our SEND TA duties can include:Working with small groups of pupils.

Working with SEND students.

Providing intervention support.

1:1 support for SEND and lower ability pupils.

The ideal applicant will have:Some experience of working with children or in a school (Not essential).

Experience with SEND students (desirable).

A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils.

Have a passion for working with children with adverse backgrounds.

Be empathetic, patient, and caring.

Creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils.

Some knowledge of basic core subjects.
