SEN Teaching Assistant in Hayes

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join an Ofsted 'GOOD' SEN School in Hayes, starting ASAP! ✨Location:Uxbridge (UB4)Duration: Long TermPay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)Start Date: ImmediateContract: Monday - Friday (Full-Time) About the Role:Full-time, long-term positionsSupporting various aspects of education (all classroom based), including 1:1 and group learningWorking with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils (4 to 11 years old) who have a range of additional learning needs What We're Looking For:Experience working with children or young people, preferably with SENExcellent behaviour management skillsA calm, patient manner and adaptability in fast-changing environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using computer software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the update service Responsibilities Include:Providing support to pupils to achieve learning objectivesAssisting class teachers with curriculum supportBuilding productive relationships with pupils and setting high expectationsMonitoring and evaluating pupil progressSupporting staff in managing pupil behaviour and attending training courses as required If you're ready to embark on an enriching journey in education and make a real difference in the lives of young learners, we want to hear from you!
