The directors recognised that every school has their own unique culture, community and specific recruitment challenges. Through clear and consultative communication; Flourish’s aim has always been to build quality, long-term partnerships between candidates, schools and Flourish Education; ensuring that the right candidate is matched to the right school.

From humble beginnings in a home office, Flourish Education has gone from strength to strength and dare we say is now “flourishing”!

We have grown slowly but consistently and now have an experienced and passionate recruitment team with Consultants and Candidate Care consultants working closely together, providing excellent support and care towards both schools and candidates alike.
