As an SEN TA, you will be instrumental in supporting the class teacher and working closely with students with special educational needs, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for all.

Initially, you will be employed by Teaching Personnel, with the potential to transition to a permanent school contract for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:Assist the class teacher in providing tailored educational support to SEN studentsWork individually or with small groups of SEN students to enhance their learningSupport classroom management and organisationEnsure the well-being of all students, with a focus on those with SENHelp plan and prepare personalised learning activitiesRequirements:Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent is beneficialA current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain a new oneExperience in a UK educational setting, particularly with SEN studentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for working with children with special educational needsMust reside in the UKWhy Join Us?
