This would be an ideal opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to use the experience they have to flourish within a supportive school environment. Equally this role would appeal to a recently qualified T.A looking to gain experience in their first school.The role will be working on a 1:1 basis with Children within KS1 and KS2. The children you will be supporting may be working at a level lower than expected. A relevant teaching assistant qualification would be desirable. The candidate must be confident within the classroom and be able to identify where help is needed. You will need to be calm and positive when interacting with pupils.
