The setting is centred on pupil’s development, building a relationship with the pupil, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social, and behavioural skills.

The school provides every student with the support when they need it – for them to develop into happy, healthy and secure young adults who are prepared for adult lifeDuring this role you will be supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 to 19 with an Autism diagnosis and associated conditions.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant / SEND TA will have:Experience working with children with special educational needs / disabilities - Specifically ASD (Autism)A caring and supportive personality.
