The firm supports personal and professional development of its employees and will be happy to discuss your development and progression within the practice.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate design teams on projectsCoordinate client and stakeholder meetings answering any questions as they come upWork alongside existing team and senior staff to meet deadlinesDemonstrate your strong technical and design skillsWorking on a project from conception to completionYou will be required to carry out site visits, regular travel is to be expected within this roleCommunicate regularly and report to the directors.Required Skills & Experience10 years of industry experience, ideally working with traditional buildings and techniques (however conservation experience is not essential for this role)A degree, HND or HNC as an Architectural TechnologistPrevious experience working on historic building conservation is highly desirableStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience working across all RIBA stages and administration of historic building contractsA Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and InDesign is desirableProficient in Vectorworks and AutoCAD.What you get back£37,500 - £47,500Entry into stakeholder pension scheme25 days holiday + bank holidaysAll professional memberships are paid for in full and CPDs providedHybrid working negotiableApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
