You will undertake professional and project work for a combination of small private investment companies, institutions and corporate clients.Practice areas will include building surveys for investment and occupation purposes, dilapidations, contract administration, refurbishment works and maintenance advice (PPM), development monitoring on behalf of Funders, and project management work.The salary will be c£50-£52k + excellent bonus + extensive bens.If this position sounds of interest to you, please don't hesitate to contact me for further details or please send an updated CV
