Job Description

Your Mission

As a Senior Compensation Specialist, your mission is to design our rewards strategies that attract top talent and fuel our organisational success while reinforcing our meritocratic culture.

Your expertise in fine-tuning compensation packages and benefits structures will be key in shaping our future.

By joining us, you'll be solving the critical challenge of creating equitable and competitive compensation and benefits structures that support our growth and sustainability.

Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting market research and analysis, collaborating with HR and leadership teams, managing salary administration, designing and managing equity plans, and providing executive reporting and analysis.

You can expect your role to be dynamic and fast-paced, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • You should have strong analytics and modelling skills,
  • Experience in benchmarking, job analysis, equity plans, salary administration, and familiarity with all basic components of compensation such as base salary, bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
  • Experience in the fintech industry or startup environment is highly desirable.
  • Additionally, you should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • The ability to work effectively under changing priorities or uncertainty is also crucial for success in this role.
  • Experience in Python, SQL and Tableau is highly desirable.
