Job Title: Senior Electrical Project ManagerSalary: £90,000 - £105,000 (including additional company benefits)Location: Central London & East LondonCompany DescriptionI'm currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based within the heart of Central London, who deliver specialist commercial, educational, residential, mixed-use & data centre developments across London and the UK. Due to business growth and a strong pipeline for the future, they are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead an electrical team for the delivery of numerous commercial office projects in Central London as part of a prestigious framework.This is a great opportunity to join a business who are a partner of choice to many tiers one main contractors in London, whilst working on flagship commercial projects whilst being on one of the highest salaries in London at this level. Responsibilities/ Skills & ExperienceYou will need to be an experienced Electrical Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Manager … etc for the last 8 years or more.Experience in delivering a project from design through to handover.To be able to produce O&MProcurement and financial experience are required.Strong liaising skills with both sub-contractors on site and Clients.Shell and core experience is essential.Experience in managing Residential, retail or leisure projects upwards from £15 million M&E. Possess a good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.Procurement and management of sub-contractors.Attend and run weekly meetings with the client and delivery teams.Having previous experience working for a large M&E contractor.Strong commercial and financial experience.Effective communication and leadership skills.Excellent clients facing skills.Experience handling both M&E packages are useful.Further education in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Remuneration PackageA very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).Fully expensed travel.Contributory pension scheme.Discretionary bonus (personal KPI/ company performance based).26 days holiday.For more information on this position and other similar building services related posts, please do not hesitate to contact Brandon Goatley of GH Engage
