As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team and drive our financial strategy forward.
Position Overview: The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations.
Ensuring robust financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and operational efficiency.
* Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
* Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and manage the audit process.
* Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
* Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications: * ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the healthcare or care home sector.
* Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of strategic financial planning and management.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
* High level of integrity and professionalism.
