You should be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is driven by success and achieving results.As a Senior Mortgage Advisor you'll play a pivotal role in assisting clients through the mortgage process. Your responsibilities will include: * Conduct client meetings to assess needs. * Identify optimal financial solutions. * Promote Legal & General insurance products. * Exceed targets consistently. * Collaborate with estate agency team for maximum business. * Provide support to maintain referral rate. * Proactively generate new business from existing clients. * Coordinate with lenders for suitable products. * Ensure compliant documentation per FCA guidelinesThe Person * CEMAP 1 qualified, (or equivalent) or hold Competency Advisor Status (CAS) * 1 year of mortgage advisory experience * Hold a full driving license * Be driven and motivated by reward and success * Have a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence * Our client holds strong values that are the foundation of how they treat their clients and employees, such as helping others, respecting and valuing one another, upholding promises, be honest and act with integrity, and giving back to the community.
