Senior Product Designer in London

Salt are working with a leading Entertainment Brand operating across the UK, US and Germany, highly regarded as one of the leading providers of live entertainment.

They are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the online, digital experiences for the millions of customers they serve, owning the design process end to end, from research, ideation, detailed design, and delivery across multiple products and areas.

You will report into their Head of Design, supporting her with some of the businesses most complex design challenges touching everything from ecomm and service design to managing the design system. You'll work collaboratively in a cross functional squad, partnering with Product Managers, engineering and QA to iteratively ship tangible value to customers.

Here are some key pieces of experience they would like to see:

• End to end design experience from research and discovery through ideation and delivery within across responsive web and internal systems.
• Strength in Solution discovery.
• Product Design experience alongside Service Design exposure.
• 5+ years experience combining start-up and corporate environments.
• A blend of UX and UI experience. End to end design skills.
• A good understanding of design systems.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.

The role is based in their central London office location, with 2 or 3 days per week required in the office. The interview process consists of three stages:

• Intro call with Head of Design
• Technical interview (portfolio run through with Product Managers, discuss design process)
• Final Culture Fit Interview (ways of working, stakeholder mgmt).

Competitive base salary, up to £80,000 along with a Bonus and healthcare.
