Blue Water Recruitment Limited are currently recruiting for a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a large concrete frame project in the Bath area.The successful candidate will ideally have previous project experience such as high-rise apartment blocks, student accommodation or office blocks.You will be joining a respectable Tier 1 Contractor with a huge pipeline of work within the Bristol, Bath & Swindon area.About You: * Must have previous concrete frame experience. * BSC Hons Quantity Surveying or equivalent * Proven experience with either a Main Contractor or developerSalary Package: * Negotiable salary up to £75,000 * Car package * Excellent holiday entitlement * pension contributionsPlease Note: This is not a remote / hybrid role.If you are interested or available for this position, please contact Bradley Salt at Blue Water Recruitment
