Job descriptionEvolve Personnel are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a well established national company who have worked on some of the biggest projects across the UK.As a senior Quantity Surveyor you will have extensive knowledge of NEC or JCT systems.Working independently to undertake a range of pre- or post-Contract quantity surveying activities.Quantity Surveyor Main Responsibilities:The main responsibilities of your role include, but are not limited to:. Undertaking and supervising measurement, the production of Bills of Quantities and associated preamble notes in accordance with standard methods of measurement relevant to your sector, e.g. MMHW, CESMM, NRM, etc. * Preparation of estimates and cost reports including the collation of supporting documentation * Production of tender documentation, supporting the tender process including financial assessment the preparation of Tender Reports to the client with appropriate supporting documentation * Assisting senior team members with the legal and contractual issues on projects * Document management and control, including the maintenance of registers and schedules * Working to and measuring performance against budgets and timescales as agreed from time to time with senior managers * Attending client meetings and presenting findings including obtaining feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvementEducation / Professional Qualifications: * Degree educated (min 2.1 or equivalent), together with demonstrable relevant experience gained within a similar role * Preferably Member of RICS or similar recognised bodyPlease contact David at Evolve Personnel (phone number removed), or apply with CVJob Type: PermanentPay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
