Our client are a rapidly growing veterinary therapeutics company who focus on creating solutions to treat a range of disease.

They are at the forefront of the industry and are constantly looking to develop and improve their work within the industry.

They are now looking to recruit a Senior/Principal Scientist to join their growing team.

Responsibilities will include leading antibody discovery through a range of pharmacological and immunological assays in order to characterize antibody candidates.

You will look to also lead the wider laboratory team and assist with advancing target validation and clinical development.

You will also work cross-functionally with wider teams as well as look to present and deliver findings to key stakeholders through presentations and publications.

To be considered for the role you will you will ideally hold a PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology or Pharmacology and have substantial industry experience within drug discovery, most particularly invitro pharmacology.

You will also have leadership experience within antibody development and preclinical drug discovery.

Furthermore you should be highly proficient with molecular biology and immunology techniques.

Expertise in analytical software and data analysis will also be necessary.

You should be a natural leader and be able to motivate a team within the laboratory.
