Role Overview:
As the Senior Store Manager, you will be at the helm of our boutique's operations, leading a dynamic team to drive sales and maintain the high standards synonymous with our brand.
This role is suited for a seasoned luxury retail leader who is passionate about innovative, ethical fashion and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Store Management:
- Foster a culture of excellence, luxury service, and unparalleled client experience.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the boutique operates smoothly and upholds Cashmirino’s high standards.
- Sales and Customer Experience
- Drive sales through strategic planning and innovative client engagement techniques.
- Ensure the boutique’s service consistently exceeds customer expectations, reinforcing strong client relationships and expanding our international clientele base.
- Team Development and Performance:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of 2-4 sales associates/supervisors, instilling an understanding of Cashmirino’s values and product intricacies.
- Regularly evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and developmental support to ensure career growth and job satisfaction.
- Merchandising and Inventory Management:
- Oversee visual merchandising according to brand guidelines and seasonal changes.
- Manage stock levels and handle banking tasks such as cash deposits and till management.
- Marketing and Events:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch new products and host in-store events that align with our ethos.
- Engage in community and strategic outreach to enhance local and international market presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in luxury retail management, preferably in children's fashion.
- Strong organizational skills with proven track record in store openings, excellent stock management, and VIP customer handling.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in retail management software and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with an international audience.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week; days off may vary).
- Store hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Sunday and Bank Holidays, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
